Riverfrut processes different types of vegetables into vegetable purées, using state-of-the-art technology that retains all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the produce.
The raw materials are carefully selected, cleaned and washed, so that there is no waste; they are puréed and packaged using aseptic technology within a very short time in order to retain their original colour and taste . Potatoes, artichokes, pumpkins, asparagus, carrots, peppers, broccoli, French beans and spinach are processed in very small batch sizes, thanks to our highly flexible plant.
The food industry uses Riverfrut vegetable purées as a basic ingredient for fillings or as a natural colouring agent, since they contain no preservatives or added ingredients. The vegetable purées are packaged in aseptic bags-in-boxes in 3 kg, 10 kg and 200 kg sizes, guaranteeing a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production when stored at room temperature.
