Steamed carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, vacuum-packed in 250 g packs. They are very quick to prepare and to enjoy, ideal as a side dish or as an ingredient in a recipe.

» Broccoli: being rich in copper and iron, they are excellent allies for our immune system.

» Lentils: are among the vegetable proteins with more iron and contribute to the normal function of the immune system. 

» Curry: contains curcumin, a powerful anti-inflammatory that stimulates the immune system, protecting the body from infections.

In the pan

Pour the product into a pot and heat over low heat until completely boiling.

In the microwave

Remove the cover and the protective film through the easy opening, heat the product at maximum power for 2 minutes, mix well and heat again for 1 minute.
