Ingredienti
- Riverfrut and Cottintavola Minestrone
- 200 g of ricotta
- chives to taste
- pepper and salt to taste
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
Method
Warm up the minestrone. Prepare the cheese flakes by mixing the ricotta with the chopped chives, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Serve the soup with the flakes of cheese and a drizzle of raw oil.
