Velouté of beetroots, red beans and oats

Scientific studies have confirmed that beetroots, red beans and oats can help keep blood pressure under control thanks to their high potassium content.

In the pan

Pour the product into a pot and heat over low heat until completely boiling.

In the microwave

Remove the cover and the protective film through the easy opening, heat the product at maximum power for 2 minutes, mix well and heat again for 1 minute.
